Service Description

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a simple, guided practice that combines gentle tapping on specific points of the body with focused awareness of thoughts, emotions and experiences. An EFT session provides a supportive space to slow down and explore what may be creating emotional tension or keeping you caught in repetitive patterns. Through conversation, focused attention and tapping, the session can help you observe your inner experience with greater awareness and compassion. The process may include: • Understanding what you would like to work with • Identifying thoughts, emotions or recurring patterns • Guided EFT tapping on specific points • Breath and body awareness • Exploring shifts in how you experience the situation • Grounding and integration at the end of the session EFT does not require you to relive an experience in detail. The focus is on creating enough awareness and safety to work with what is present in the moment. People explore EFT for many different reasons, including everyday emotional stress, recurring thoughts, limiting beliefs, fear, frustration, overwhelm or situations they find difficult to process. Each session is individual, and the approach is adapted to your comfort and needs. No previous experience with EFT is required. You will be guided through the process and may also learn simple tapping techniques that can be practised independently. **Booking:** EFT sessions begin with a personal conversation. We first understand what you would like to explore and whether EFT is an appropriate approach for you. The session format, duration, timing and fee will then be discussed and confirmed personally before your appointment is scheduled. EFT is offered as a complementary self-awareness and wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
