Bio:
With over 30 years of experience in Taichi, Qigong, Reiki, and multiple energy healing modalities, Sonika Vickraman has transformed countless lives through her teachings and presence. A national and international martial arts medalist, she is also a dedicated spiritual guide and therapist, helping individuals overcome physical, mental, and emotional blocks. Her retreats are deeply rooted in ancient wisdom and practical tools for awakening consciousness, inner peace, and vitality. Sonika’s mission is to help others ‘Know Thyself’ and live from a place of freedom, awareness, and love.

If it were the old times i would say found my guru. Joining Sonika mam’s class made it evidential that a good teacher is a must to learn any form of art. She has opened the doors of unlimited possibilities of my mental and physical well being.
