Shibashi (十八式太极气功) is a graceful blend of Tai Chi and Qigong, designed as a series of 18 gentle, flowing movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese healing traditions, it harmonizes breath, body, and energy into a seamless moving meditation.


Created by Master Lin Housheng, this form is especially loved for its simplicity, elegance, and deeply therapeutic effect on the body and mind. You don’t need to be flexible, athletic, or experienced—it’s a practice for everyone, no matter your age or background.
